Warwickshire Bears at a glance
Warwickshire County Cricket Club founded its Bears T20 identity in 2003. The side competed as Birmingham Bears from 2014 through 2025, winning the 2014 title, before restoring the Warwickshire Bears name for both men's and women's Blast teams in 2026.
The men's team lost its first five 2026 matches, then won six of the last seven. That recovery produced fourth place in the Central & West Group on net run rate, but only the top three qualified for the quarter-finals.
Beau Webster was the campaign's dominant batter: 578 runs in 12 innings at an average of 48.17 and strike rate 149.74, including 112 in the first win at Somerset. Usman Tariq led the bowlers with 16 wickets at 16.00 and economy 6.10.
The county's men's programme also plays the County Championship and One-Day Cup as Warwickshire. Those are the same club's other formats, but their fixtures and statistics are kept outside this T20 season ledger.
